STS has a great kit, pretty complete, youll need to get a bov and if you looking for that boost its like a 600 dollar upgrade id also opt for a second wastegate

In my opinion the
TTi Stage X is the most complete, most established, best all around DIY'er twin turbo kit for the C5.

By kit I assumed he didn't want to send his car to a tuner with a six figure check to get a turbo package.

The LPE setup does not cost anywhere near that.
I would have your motor, turbo kit and tune done inhouse by a shop that is familiar with this type of project. Where are you located?
I like the STS & TTIX C5 kits for their ease. I prefer the STS TT for a number of reasons and I could have purchased either kit.

Their base 427 TT is $44,000. Factor in another $10K for brakes / tires another $5-7K for clutch and trans, etc, etc, etc. I would be extremely surprised if you can get a complete setup for under $65-70K.
