I Have A Late O3 Zo6 And I Need A Higher Volume Fuel Pump
No One Seems To Have A Pump For This Car.!@!@$

Would Like To Find A In Tank Pump If Possable
Call thunder racing. They have a racetrinox setup for the late 03-04 cars. You have to send them your fuel bucket and they modify a new pump to fit it...That should be good to 600rwhp, more than that and you need to call ECS, they have a system good for 850rwhp...

There is only 1 company that has a new intank pump assembly for your car. I believe Thunder Racing is modifying the stock bucket with a new pump.
You can also, talk to Racetronics. Although they dont make a pump, they have some sort of new harness that is supposed to increase the volume.
Other than what I have told you, your really out of options..
Jeff
BTW, "I think" that ECS has done something with a system as well. But I'm not sure.
You might be able to do it yourself, I don't know. I've never seen a pic of the newer bucket, just a line drawing. I do know the the newer FFS fuel system has the fuel filter and pressure regulator built into the bucket so that might make it difficult unless you have done it before. Stupid GM
Late 03 & 04 have fuel pumps that go in from the top of the tank. Pulling a tank out is a major job, I have been there. First you drop your exhaust system, Second you drop the complete suspension and transaxle, now you can start to fight with getting the tank out, no fun.
I recommend you call ECS they have a nice work around that lets you put in a parallel external pump. It is still not an easy solution, but far better than pulling a tank for a larger single pump that might not even be adequate if you start going 700+rwhp, you will need a return system.
For just a little more fuel a boost-a-pump works up to about 550/600hp with a supercharger. I would talk ECS, I would consider them the experts when it come to this. You do not want to pull the tank.
