Default Rockers ?

Just putting a feeler out there to see what everyone thinks of aftermarket rockers or using stock. Are the stock one's reliable in a FI application? If aftermarket is the way to go, what are the premier rockers to go with?
Ugh..this motor build is getting the best of me.

No one really having problems with stock rockers, good springs and pushrods are where you need to spend your money.

If you want a different ratio.. some of us are using C6 Z exhaust rockers. They bolt right in place and are cheap.

If you are planning on building a 6500-7000 RPM motor, I would not bother spending a bunch of money on rockers.

Hey, get back to baby watch!

Wrecked, You will pick up a few hp with a full roller rocker. Is it worth that kinda money for a couple extra hp? Prolly not.

You can send the stockers to Harlan Sharp and have then do a heavy duty brearing upgrade on them.In general the stockers work pretty darn good.

Just what I wanted to hear. I am just trying to find points of failure and see what can be done about upgrading those to possibly prevent that failure.

Thanks guys!

I just found some needle bearings recently on my magetic drain plug and I broke a stock rocker arm. My car has 65,000 miles on it. I'm lucky I have friends who are Vette Techs and I replaced it. I am interested in upgrading possibly to the C6 Z ones. Does anyone have the part number??
