Top pic is Z06 and bottom is coupe. Both use a piece of 3/8 plywood on top mount with just srews into plywood. The bottom mounts can be through bolted in the spare well, or glue plywood there also. Yes, I used Gorrila glue. My new set-up has dual 15lb bottles using the same method, but I used threaded inserts for 1/4-20 button heads this time over screws, but no pics yet.

My 15lb bottle is mounted on an 1/8" by 3" wide flat plate. I use countoured pieces of 1/4" plate to sandwich the well from the bottom. No cracks in the fiberglass or movement of the bottle. But a 15lb bottle does look kinda silly in the rear well
No thats not the final mounting, that was just from the original mockup.
hey robert could you please be more specific on the picture of the zo6 or maybe more pics?,i want to do my frc similar so i can turn it on by hand, also did you drill through the carpet?

On the front mount I Gorrilla glued a piece of 3/8 plywood down and screwed to it. On the rear mount, because of it being a 15lb'er, the mount is in tire well, so I was able to thru bolt and get nuts from underneath, I also used a spacer block on rear mount to raise bottle. On a 10 bottle, you could prob do both mounts on one board. I had an electric noid at first, but removed it cause it is so easy to get at by hand. Hope this helps.
