Default Help, tire sensor question

I am getting ready to run some drag radials and was wondering how if possible to disengage the tire sensors so i could run at about 22 pounds of air, can it be done or is everyone running without sensors?

You are not going to run 22 lbs on the street are you ?
I have the BFG DRs and I run 28 lbs on the street and
18 lbs at the track. I used to run at the track with the
sensors, you just get annoying messages on the DIC
after you come out of the water box but it don't hurt
anything to run like that.
