Default Simple little nos question

just hooking up my nx kit and where do you guys put the nozzle, because on my stang i had it 3 inches away from my throttle body,and will the nozzle work in the riddged intake rubber?

Put the nozzle as close to the throttlebody as possible... Most install it in the coupler...

Dry you want it by the MAF.

i want it by the throttle body, but do i have to change that rubber intake part to something more solid?

If you have a wet kit I'd mount in the air bridge. If it's a dry kit you need to go pre-MAF.

He said it was a NX kit.... NX only makes wet kits....

Most of us changed to the smooth silicone coupler... this makes install a little easier than trying to sandwich the accordian style coupler

You may even want to look into a spacer plate that goes behind the TB. It gives a very clean install look.

I mounted mine right where the air bridge ends and the rubber coupler starts towards the throttle body. This allows you to kind of double it up for a little extra support. Hope that helps
