Default Beers Dual Stage Nitrous progress

Spent the day at Vinny's shop (860 Performance) and learned what a quality install is all about! Here are some pics.

Used the Diablo Predator to pull timing and monitor KR, worked excellent. Saw 6° KR with a 100 shot, and pulled 7% (in Predator selection). KR after that was 0. with the 125 shot we pulled 10% (max) and saw a KR of 2°.

Some notes on what is left to do:
1) Matt at HSW will resize the black hoses, this will look fantastic with the HSW hoses on the Dry side.

2) The Dry system with 50 HP jetting was 12.1-12.5 on the A/F we stopped there on the dry, until we resolve the tuning issue. Not wanting to make my Blackwing CAI into swiss cheese, we are going to change the nozzles to 90° vice the 45° currently in use as a starting point for future Dry tuning.

3) Daves plate is running a 125 shot. Currently the setup is on dual stage 50 Dry/125 Wet. No issues with the fuel.

Current setup has 434.5 HP with some left in the dry side

Combined 50 Dry/125 Wet vs the baseline numbers NA

Thanks Vinny!

Nice Beer, congrats. A very clean install, Vinny does nice work. Looks like all your parameters are in order. When you going to the track?

Be a while Robert, off to Houston for a school this week, then back to work next week after. Still have to get the Wideband in and the line lock too.

They seem to think I could be in the 11.5's with this setup. be likely July before I get to the track,

We still need to get the Dry side going good, 12.5 AFR with the 50 shot Dry alone, we used the wet shot to richen it as a combined hit. Going with the 90° nozzles (NX) instead of the NOS/Dynotune 45° so I don't have a bunch of different brand jets.

Done...its over :chug:
Here is the final panel I am using

The Line Lock took up to much real estate, So I removed the cigarette lighter and used that hole for the Line Lock. I did have to cut the back of the console for all the wires, but that is hidden by the ashtray with the panel out.

Line Lock needs plumbing, but its in and wired.

LC-1 Install, Line Lock Plumbing, HSW hoses and dry nozzles going in, and I am done. That will be Mid June...been planning and working on this since November 05 LOL.
