Wonder if they'd do a C5 application. I just had LS1 Speed install a 420L pump in my stock bucket assembly. I hear they now offer a twin 255L conversion. Any downside to a triple pump arrangement.

yup... definitely need reliable pumps, but that's the case with ANY setup.

that and you might have to "stage them in". can be a pain.
I wonder why nobody uses a belt drive pump and surge tank with the stocker feeding it?

I agree... but the alternative is a loud external pump.. this seems to be the best option.
I ordered an alky kit and a BAP. I am going to shoot for 800 to the wheels on that setup...

staging them wouldn't be difficult with a simply HOBBS pressure switch and some relays though.
BLOWN: Cajun's doing very high 700's with the racetronix/BAP and no meth... so you should meet your goals easily.

You haven't heard loud until you've strapped an Aeromotive Eliminator to your C5. This is why I just decided to go with the ECS kit.
BTW, the pump ECS uses is fairly quiet. I think you could run it 100% of the time and not be bothered by it, even a mild exhaust should cover up the pump sound. If it gets annoying it would be easy to set it up "staged" as suggested above to only come on under boost.
