Triple intank pump?
Supras are running this set up for street use from 1000-1500hp.

BLOWN: Cajun's doing very high 700's with the racetronix/BAP and no meth... so you should meet your goals easily.

I had an external pump on the Typhoon.. never again.

BTW, the pump ECS uses is fairly quiet. I think you could run it 100% of the time and not be bothered by it, even a mild exhaust should cover up the pump sound. If it gets annoying it would be easy to set it up "staged" as suggested above to only come on under boost.
