Default Dry Nitrous Install Tips

I'm starting my dry nitrous kit tonight on my FRC!

What tips do you guys have to make it run smoothly

-best places to run nitrous lines and wires?

I pulled my passenger seat out and ran the line in the interior passenger side...

Here is a good install article from Hot Rod, I used a bit of stuff from.

Hot Rod C-5 Install

I found the hardest part was punching though the Gromment to get through the firewall.

Here is were you can tap into the power for your switches

In the passenger foot well (not sure if it is all years, mine is a 99) is that duct taped three wire combo Orange, yellow black. Orange is constant hot, Yellow is switched, Black is ground. use that for your panel.





I grounded my bottle stuff by the passenger door under the trim that covers the seat belt reel



Be sure to use a colder plug, and test your system with a wideband, My dry setup was a lean 12.5 (Bad, need under 12 for the AFR on Nitrous to be "safe"). I am changing out my nozzles and hope to wrap up my install tommorrow.



Yellow just posted pics of his dry install and it looks very Clean

Thanks!- Did you run the nitrous line thru the grommet containing all the bound wires (behind the battery)
