I wish I can help, but I have not worked with the 90mm maggie inlet. Maybe some of the LPE guys have a suggestion?

I have the 90mm inlet and LS2 throttle body on my Maggie -- No rubbing problems? I thought Magnuson had a test car for that set-up. Try them?

Good Luck

I had to grind down my pulley a bit when I installed the 90mm. It just needs a bit of grinding, so it's no biggie.

And get ready for a nice power boost!

Sorry I didn't even answer your question. Maggieville acted like they didn't know me as soon as I mentioned the 8 rib!!

Biglew;

No, I do not have that set-up. I am running a 3.5 pulley and am running 5.2 pounds of boost. I want to increase it a little (6.5 lbs). What sort of power are you making with your set-up?

Doug sent you a PM. Spoke to Chris about the pics that Jeff sent you guy. the larger snount retro for the Maggie will not work with the 8 rib system I bought from you guys. I can either try to grind down the lip on the idler pulley and see if that is enough clearence. But I'm not sure that will be enough. I really need to know where to get another idler just a little smaller. Help me out of this mess. Thanks

I thought you was talking about the blower drive pulley.
Got a pic?

EDIT: If it's the front lip hitting the snout, then take it to a machine shop, or a buddy with a lathe, and have them turn a bevel on the outside. I'm not even sure if you even need the lips on the idler pulley. Ask ECS if they have ran them without the lips? The only other choice is to go with a smaller dia idler pulley.

Here is a few pics I just took. I spaced the stock pulley up .310", which is approx. how much 2 more ribs would be using the 8 rib pulley. You can see where there is interference. It looks like it just barely touches each other. So you could either grind the bottom of the TB flange on the housing, or turn the OD of the flange down a little, or remove the lip completely on the pulley. I'm not sure why you would need a lip on that idler pulley, since the stock idlers don't have a lip. But it looks like a pretty simple fix.

I had the ECS 8-rib with the 8" crank pulley installed months ago.

Take the pulley to a machine shop, and have them grind the pulley down 1/4 of an inch. It's just an idler pulley. I haven't encountered any issues and I've had it now for over a month for many full throttle runs.
