California has trouble with smog in certain seasons and I've read that they get gas that is oxygenated to reduce emmissions during high smog. Oxygenated gas will lean out your AF but a computer can adjust. By corn gas do you mean ethanol 85?
One more thing. If you change elevations to tune your car, your boost will change by about 2.5-3 psi for every 2500 foot change in elevation. SLC is about 4300 feet. You'll need to run a larger pulley to avoid overboosting. TEmpe Arizona is closer than California and Extreme Motorsports in Tempe has a great tuner. Their shop is A/C so the heat is not a problem. Tempe is about 1200 feet or 3000 feet drop. Talk to them and see what you think: 480-517-4969

Pretty sure he has turbos on his car judging by his other posts.
Although I don’t pay attention as much as should, 10% ethanol blend is common in many states if not most. E85 is still quit rare, and I suspect will be more local to denser populations as you cannot pump it in same pipelines so it has to be trucked. Midwest will likely have better availability in short term.
