Looking for a good quality complete fuel system to feed a 800 RWHP project. I know I can make a setup from scratch but would like a proven setup that has all the crap needed.
Call ECS there system will support what you want. If this is for your C5 you can convert to the 97-98 setup and this should work with an LPE FP and KB BAP, this is what I have and it supports 750 rwhp without any issues
I believe ECS, MDMC, and I'm sure several others make fuel systems to support big HP on the C5 platform. The APS setup looks nice, but I'm not sure if it's on the market yet.

Anyone got any leads?
Thanks
Here's a pic of the large fuel system that APS designed for the twin turbo C6, should be fully verified for late model C5's within a few weeks.

I do not know the status of MDMC these days, but I can speak of there fuel upgrades for late 03's and 04's. It will not work at 800rwhp, you would be lucky to get into the low 700's with a boost-a-pump.
I changed over to an ECS system, my system is a little bit of a variation of there standard system, only because, I had started off with the misguided info and parts from MDMC. The Ecs system will get you there. I do not know anything about the APS system.

MDMC is well and our fuel systems and records with them are just fine too. ECS fuel system is a great one too and so are the people and the records they set there per Sean. I see one person must have not know how to install it but that's why qualified shops like ESC and others do what they do or you had a simple pump problem that would have been replaced which leads me to the next question for you Sir.
Now: Glen, per Roy here I see you were offered to bring your car here to MDMC to fix whatever problems you had at no charge to you if we could not do what we have done already for years and in saying this you denied the offer, as a new member to the business I wonder why this was. But we are happy you got that fixed and with ESC I am told you are in great hands..

I have ECS fuel system, it drops a bit under load but works great! But I dont like the Earl fittings, they sucks. They cracks very easy. Two of mine is already broken.

Glad to hear it's working well for you Rocco,
We are always willing to help out if there is a problem of any kind. Like when another vendor of ours accidentally sent you the incorrect pickup when you bought the system from him, we stepped up and shipped the correct piece to you at our expense.
Although I must say, I have installed a ton of these systems now and never cracked a fitting. Possibly they are being over torqued? I certainly would not like to see you have any fuel leak problems.

I agree, and this is a very easy mistake to make. Some people tighten the hell out of these connections when in fact you don't have to. This page has a table to help people know how far to torque. As an example, for 6an and 8an connections you should just hand tighten first, then wrench tighten somewhere around 1/4 turn. That's not a whole lot of torque but it gets you a good seal with the AN/JIC flare.
