I'm buildinng a 408 and I have the same question. I was told that 42# would be perfect if not a bit much....

You will need 60s and a new fuel system if you want to have all the power your set set up will give. My 04 with KB BAP is having problems with fuel pressure... I just ordered the ECS fuel system.

Good luck on your new set up

What pulley size are you going to run?

42 #'ers are good for 500-550 rwhp for the average supercharger setup. Do yourself a favor and start with Mototron 60's.

You need 60lb injectors and the ECS fuel system. The 2004 fuel system with a BAP runs out of fuel at around 550rwhp...

no, I was the one who told you that and with an N/A 408 they are perfect but this thread is talking about power adders which they would be too small. Your previous thread stated you would be running a stand alone fuel system for the nitrous.
