head and cam question
Hey guys, just want some opinions on the best heads and cam combination for a procharged c5 vert running at 7 psi. I dont run at the track. Strictly just a streetcar. Thanks for all replies.

I was considering heads and cam on my procharged c5 vert, but I was told to just run more boost to get more power. I'm on the stock bottom making 470rwhp on 7lbs. They said it was the cheapest and best way to get to the limits of the stock bottom. From what I understand 500-525 is the safe limit on the stock bottom.

ECS has a new awesome blower cam out and stock LS6 heads would be an excellent economical route to go that would give great results.
Otherwise, your stock LS1 heads with ECS cam and headers would give you a nice little gain. Other great choice is 6 liter 72cc heads and ECS cam to knock down your compression a bit and turn up the boost!!
Call CHRIS and DOUG at ECS and they will send you in right direction and they are one of the TOP F/I KINGS!
