Default AandA Vortech Kit Results

Max 610 RWHP, 511 ft-lbs torque, gain of 260RWHP over stock and 169 ft-lbs of torque.
Lapped it all day last this past Tuesday and everything checks out great. Power is just there, no lag or feeling of the boost coming. No more of an exercise in throttle control than it ever was. It pulls though.
Check dyno results and install pic at my site. Look at photos in Z06 Vortech Supercharger Install, the results in MYZ06 Supercharger Results

Thanks to Andy for a great tune, no additional tuning required to get these great results.

To Andy at AandA and Scott and Brad and all the other guys at Brads Custom Auto in Seattle.

ovaltobowtie,
It is stock. Only mods are supercharger kit from Andy and Headers, with high flow cats and x-pipe from vette doctors via Andy go out through stock Ti exhaust

Nice Work!!! Really look great!! Quick question though, on my last car I heat wrapped the exhaust and spray painted after like you did, after it was on the car I started thinking about it, do you think the spray paint partially defeats the purpose? Do oyu think after you spray it the spray closes up some of the air spaces and makes it more of a solid and transfers the heat? Kind of like in the winter when you have a nicethick sweater on, you're warm, but once it gets wet, the wetness transfers the coldness, you've lost the air which was the insulator? But then again, mnaybe not, I'm sure you use a ceramic spray paint marked for high temps which is an insulator itself? Hmmmm.... just a thought. Neither here nor there, it looks fantastic, I hope to one day have that set up!! How long did the install take you? Dan

the headers took quite a bit of time, 14 hours. The supercharger install took about 23 hours including the 8 rib pulley set up. Another 4 hours on the radiator.

That is one sweet setup on a stock Z06 and some very nice numbers, post the dyno chart if you have it as this is very good and nice pictures of the install, you took shots like EG does on his installs

aaaaahhhhhhhhhh flash backs!(*&$$%@(#@)(&!!
sooo much work, but it is all worth it when its over and your head bangs against the seat on the first real boost.

Congrats and have fun (be careful too getting use to it, accelerating coming out of curves is a little different now).
