what would be a good set of heads to get for my supercharged car ?
i got the p1sc on a stock 98 motor. I was looking at some z06 heads, but not sure if they would bolt up? thanks
Z06 heads should bolt up fine, with the exception that apparently newer heads (late 2003 and 2004) seem to have a different bolt pattern/bolt length configuration? I don't know for sure, I've never seen it. It just came up in a reply from a recent topic I posted.
do you know the casting number for the z06 ? i would liek to have some 918's installed then swap them out for my stockers!! I think it would be a good set up for what i have. Should i worry about what compression i have also , im not real sure where i sit now with what i have !!

IMO, don't waste your money switching heads on that car. I would wait until you can forge the bottom end or get a cam as well and make it worth your while.
Any heads will work on the block.. the bolt pattern is the same, it is the block that cares.. NOT the heads.
As mentioned 243 heads... again, I think your $600 is better placed on a start for a built bottom end.
