Do I need a new fuel pump?
I have a stock 99 coupe, 6spd with 43,000 miles and in the process of having the new Procharger Stage II being installed. It will have a conservative tune at 7psi (about 475rwhp I’m told) with an alky injection system for safety purposes only. My question is, do I need a new fuel pump like the LPE one or is the stock pump sufficient at these power levels?

If you have a 99 with dual fuel lines going to your fuel rail (one being a return) you should be ok. I ran my 98 stock pump @ 8 lbs and it stayed right at 56 psi all through the boost stage.....That's the key, if your fuel presure does not drop through boost all through your power curve you should be fine.....If it drops.....Bap WITH lpe FUEL PUMP....
