Default Maybe a Dumb Question

I have a single intercooler Procharger from A&A, and the install was done locally. I just noticed I have a large rush of air coming from underneath the hood on the ground. Is this normal? Everything up top appears to be fastened down tight, but I haven't had a chance to get under it and check out where it could be coming from. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Could this be normal? Could this be how the BOV is supposed to function? I am assuming I have one.

Bypass valve only closes when vacuum is lost or WOT, so yes sounds normal.

I figured I had to have some air relieving, but I had no idea it was that much. When I pull over dusty areas, my car blows out dust like I have a box fan running under the car.

That'd be the BOV, and yes it definitely makes for some extra time under the hood on clean-up duty. I've got a decomposed granite area in my driveway and staying off of it cuts down on underhood dust in a big way.
