I'm not sure I understand your post 100%, but I'll give it a shot.
The reason why you dont have the PCV in the line like some of the other guys is because you have a Z06. The PCV system was on your valley cover (Which you replaced)

You have a couple of choices.

1) The line coming off of the drivers side valve cover can be ran directly to the intake of the S/C.Make sure you install a PCV valve on the line. You will also have to do the same thing on the opposite side. When working on the passenger side, just route the hose around the front of the S/C (Below the throttle body) and directly to the intake track of the S/C.

2) Pick up a used LS1 PCV system and install it on your car.(You can probably get one free) The Kenne Bell S/C was designed using the LS1 PCV.

3) Install a 90* elbow on the drivers side valve cover and run the line around the back of the motor. Then take a 3-way T fitting and tap into the passenger side line. You can then run 1 single line around the front of the motor directly into the S/C intake. Make sure the I/D of the line is large enough. If not, you will restrict the system and increase crank case pressure.

Does this help????

BTW, Thanks for the compliments

Had the same problem when I put in my kit...I contacted KB....they were confused as to what this part was.....but when they sent me some missing hoses....they sent along a metal "barb" which is the missing part you need...sorry to say they didnt supply the part name or number. You do need that "barb" in the long run...since pressure can pop out your home made one. They give you a hold down clamp for the "barb" and it is shown on page 103a. If you call KB tell them that there are clear pictures of the "barb" on page 102,103 and 103a

Sorry for the confusion. It appears to be our fault. We should be passing the information along on the LS6 kits to the production dept. to make sure everyone with those kits gets a new PCV system included. I thought that was handled, but somehow the communications broke down. I have informed everyone here to please not let that happen anymore. The "barb" you are referring to is actually a new PCV valve and hose assembly, used only for the LS2/LS6 kits. The LS1 kits do not need this kit included, so that is apparently what happened.

NITRO UK: You must not have received the new PCV kit with your supercharger. Please PM me or email James at jamess@kennebell.net and we will send it out right away.

Regards,

Ken
