That could be the same reason for a number of others... who knows. I'm sure everybody has their reasons.
I was hoping you would get to the track before you left for Afghanistan. I'd like to see what that beast is capable of.
That could be there reasons, but many posted on this very forum they were going to the track. I have always said I had no intentions of taking my car to the track. I have a Supra that is being finished as we speak that will be the track car. Dr. Phil has warned me about the track. The last thing I wanted to do is come home for a month and break the car after not seeing it for almost a year. Also, I would be the first to say I am no track guy and my driving skills via launching my car suck. I would only make Turbo Technology look bad if they based selling kits off my track driving skills.

True, I would like to see at least one other forum member's track time.
I hear you on the driving skills. I'm terrible myself (must be the 18 years I have been away from racing ). Regardless, I took the car to the track and posted my results. Sure, they're not that great, but I know the car is capable of more with a little seat time, some better tires and a new clutch). I will find out next year.
On a side note, IMHO, if one is going to make a call for track times, I think they should be prepared to provide their track time as well.
I have intentions of going to the track but haven't been able to lately. Good thing is, we have racing year round so I'll get there when I get there. Last weekend the track was closed for renovation stuff. Not sure about this weekend yet as I have a ton to do.

You should have went to the track instead of getting drunk in Florida and hiding from me
The weekend before my alky was not spraying for some reason. I may still go this Sunday just because I know I won't be able to until the first weekend in January. Temps will probably be in the 70s on Sunday so it is not too bad. I'd rather 50 like two weeks ago.

You got me there. Hopefully by the time I go home there are more rear options. If not, I will go anyway with some ET Streets via a drag pack. I will purchase one and fly Phil down to drive my car.. Just kidding. I will drive my own car. I better lose some weight... LOL!!
Let's just say you are lucky I saw your post on the morning I was leaving.
LOL!! You dont want none of the TTi X 408ci... From what I hear it took from Tampa, Florida to Louisiana to hit full boost in your car.. Dont make me come to Texas next year and have to give you a 5 second hit(So you can build boost) at the track b4 I blow by you
The local Florida STS car would not come out to play. Something about DMV issues, but rumors fly he dyno'd over 900rwhp..
