What kind of longevity out of the stock Ls1 can I expect if I bolt on a procharger and run 5-6lbs of boost? Would this put me at 450 rwhp? and keep me from having to beef up the A4 or the drivetrain. I rarely punch it off the line.....I enjoy rolls from 40-1xx

Engine wise I don't think you could ever kill a good running LS1 with 5-6 psi and 450 to the wheels.
Driveline..same thing with an auto. I think you would be hard pressed to break anything.
Trans.. that is a different story. I think the longevity would reall depend on how you drove the car. If you did rolls and did not do any full throttle 3-4 shifting, you would probably survive for a long while at that power lever.
Nick has done an excellent installation and has provided very useful input on what to do to achieve the results I was looking for. I wanted to stay around the 525hp mark.............. for now. I only drive the car on occasion and just for fun. I race nitrous and turbo charged dragbikes, so wasn't really looking to make a drag car, I just wanted something for personal enjoyment. Although, we have already discussed forged, H/C, and Alky/Meth injection. That's for another time though. I am very happy with the current set up and thanks to Nick's advice, I already have laid the ground work (DTE brace, RPM hardened shafts, textralia OZ700, etc) so when I decide to up the power the components needed to support it are already there .

Should have some more pics for you tomorrow. Got a lot done over the past two days and am going to be on it tomorrow as well.
A few updates for today.. since the kit was used we did not get the relocating brakets, something I always wanted to do with this kit is relocate it, weld it and make it all pretty. So that is what we did with Darren's car.
Looks good, in the home stretch now.. should have it all buttoned up tomorrow and with any luck on the weather, start some tuning.
Today was a day of completion... LOL
I have the kit fully installed now and buttoned up. Just need to do the fuel pressure and boost gages and put on the catch can. Nothing overwhelming. Everything is buttoned up nicely. I think this fit better doing it a second time...
Thanks guys.. Darren came over and got the car today. I put about 50 miles on it and got the drivability part pretty close. He came over and got the car to do me the favor of putting the break in miles on that clutch.
Installation looks great, car is very nice. He is really going to enjoy it when we get the tune squared away.
Nick, I gotta find a way to get even with you for putting me thru the torture of driving the car with out be able to get in the boost !!!!
LOL,
I tell ya what, I have been faced with some difficult challenges, but this ranks right up at the top. What made it even worse was the car is so much more responsive now and I was itching to give it some pedal.................but I refrained. Anyway, clutch break in is complete and hopefully the weather will cooperate and Nick can complete the tune tomorrow. All bets are off after that though!!!
The pics unfortunately do not do any justice to this install. I might be just a bit biased because it is my car, but I am very , VERY, particular and Nick's work is phenominal. I could not be more pleased and other than knowing I'll have to buy tires soon am gonna enjoy every minute I get to drive this thing!!!
I mounted it to the battery surround. I used a spacer so it sat where I wanted it to. It is nice right there, looks like it came there. Drilled a small hole in the surround and mounted it with the bracket it came with. Never thought I would say this a man.. NICE CANS...

I got the same can from Cajun
I was thinking about mounting it on the back of the SC bracket but where you got that one will work too. Will there be any heat issues from the headers?
