In what increments can you change your boost with a pulley swap?
I'm running 7lb's now, can I go to 8lb or do I need to go to 10lb's, how does that work?

Thanks!
I went from the stock 3.4" pulley on my Maggie to 3.2" to go from 5-6 psi to 7-8 psi at 6000' MSL.
I drove this way for three or four months then went back to the stock pulley. The _octane_ available up here couldn't sustain the boost without changes to the fuel map. I was getting severe retard due to knock.
So, it's not a one-variable situation. If you want more boost, you'll have to compensate with fuel and spark. If you're okay with that, good on ya!
I have the stock displacement of 350 ci. The more I read about the baggage that comes with the boost increase is certainly making me re-evaluate this. I think I'm going to wait until I can do this the right way or just leave things as they are.
