Default SC question

I'm planning on going FI maybe next month I think I'm buying an AA P1 kit shooting for 500-550 RWHP this would be on stock bottom and internals, knowing myself maybe next year I'm going to need more power so I'll be installing forged internals. The quetion is, how much power can I obtan with the P1 or can I later change heads to a D1, can it be done or what mods would be needed. I don't know if I should buy the D1 at first because I'vw read that at low psi levels it can make the same power as the P1 but you'll loose lot of low RPM power.

OR if you go with the ECS Paxton S/C kit you'll never have to change heads when you go forged.

I assume you are going to try to find a used kit? You know Andy is not using the ATI head units anymore.

I would recommend an ECS kit, they are complete, fuel system parts, everything necessary to get you up and going. The blower kits are 6495, let me know if you want one. I can get you setup.

There are a variety of other items I would recommend, let me know if you are interested in those as well.

Thanx man, thats interesting, also what 4DRUSH said about not changing heads sounds good, how does that work, with a restrictor plate?

In reference to your post with eventually changing a P1 to a D1, you will never have to do that with an ECS kit because the NOVI blower flows more than a D1 does. Not necessarily using a restrictor plate, you just have to change the pulley if you go to a forged bottom end. The blower is already setup for either stock or forged, just change the pulley.
