no but I did do some blending of the heavier casting flash

picked up the correct length 8-Rib Serpentine belt(first one was too short) without having to special order it
I was completely blown away on this one, it's not a normal stocking #, they(NAPA) just happen to have one in stock :usa:
here are some good angles of my Magnuson Radix 8 Rib drive pulley arrangement looks like:

thanks guys, the over-sized idler pulleys was something I did years ago and have been piecing the rest of the 8-rib setup since then

getting very close, just depends on how quickly I can tie up the loose ends, still need a start-up tune

Is that a truck duty Dayco tensioner? Also if you don't mind me asking were did you get idler pulleys from?

Idler pulleys are from Metco(they are the 100mm jobs), yes that's the Dayco tensioner Magnacharger specs but with an ATI 8rib pulley.
