Finally got around to posting this. This is on a '98 A4 with 50k miles. It hit's like a freight train, I don't even take the traction control off. The car has run perfect since the install. Pictures later, car is filthy right now......
I do have a newbie question on your chart. Why don't the torque and hp curves cross at 5250 rpm?
Tq and hp are on different scales on that chart (look to the left and the right of the chart). If they were on the same scale they would cross at 5250.
I have heard real good things about the Kenny Bell S/C. I haven't decided if I want to do the heads/cam or just put a S/C on a stock motor.

Blue - I did a ton of homework before deciding to go with the KB and am 120% satisfied with my decision. The low end grunt of the roots style blower is incredible. Not knocking A&A, ECS or other centri set ups because the people who have gone with them have been universally happy as well, and I have never owned one. My car is set up at the rock-bottom, lowest setting, the blower will generate 700 RWHP with a pulley swap. Of course more power means more drive train wear and additional strain on the bottom end (as with any application), I have what I wanted; Low end grunt for line power and reliability. My set-up is more than you can use on the street, you can lay waste to 99.9% of the cars out there without stressing the motor or the drivetrain.

Not enough deductions and not enough charitable contributions
If only your speed shop counted as a charitable organization. Any lawyers on the forum want to help Dr Phil (aka Roadrebel) get a tax exempt status. Man...my refund checks would be HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!
