Tach set up from the coil pak 00, from the PCM wire I think its 4 cyl 04. To check the rpm AFTER its set up press and hold the first button at idle and it should read 06 or 07 for 600-700 RPM

Orange wire do not cut it just coil it up out the way (keep the switch resale value), and I would tape up the end and set it for say 7000 RPM-8000 off (your not gonna use it, DO NOT set it for 0).

Step 8 yes sounds good for the TPS

Sounds like your ready to go

I am about to install as well.

So TPS and Coil packs just like above on my 03z06? Also, where are you guys getting your switched 12v from? There is a hot pink wire on the drivers side of the dash that I think will work. Are you running relays?

Thanks!

I am running relays for Heater, Wet and Dry stages.
Power I got from a factory pigtail that is unused in the passenger footwell.

Not sure if the 03-04 ZO6's had this Pigtail, it is pictured above in the Black Factory Duct tape.
