Default Dynotune Window Switch

I was thinkin about my surging issue and was wondering if it could be the coil pack setting on my w/s. If i programmed the switch wrong than it might not be seeing WOT at the correct amps so its cutting on and off. The w/s reads my rpms correctly though. Does anyone remember what they have for this setting ? I believe it is step 1 of the instructions for the w/s.....Thanks guys I'm almost there...lol

Bypass the ws, and just put a hand held temp activation sw in. Then activate at a safe rpm and see if the surging remains. Maybe try a buddys MAF also?

There is no one around here that I can borrow a MAF from. Would anyone know how I could bypass this w/s ?

On the Dynotune, I beleive it's the yellow wire that goes to the relay and gets grounded when "activated". Take the yellow wire off the relay and run a wire from that relay (pin 85) to ground.

LOOK AT YOUR DIRECTIONS and make sure this is how it's wired. ALSO, when the ws is out of the circuit, your n2o will be on when you hit the switch, so don't hit the switch until you're at wot, and make sure you turn it off BEFORE you let off the gas.

This is so 'not' a good idea, but will tell you if that is your problem.

Remember the WOT sw will still be inline, so it still can not activate unless WOT. Meaning the hand held should not activate anything until going wot, and when you let off it goes off whether hand held is on or not. Just don't activate while the motor is lugging or to low of rpm and all will be safe.

According to his other posts, he's not using a wot switch. He's using the TPS in the Dynotune. When you bypass the ws, you've also bypassed the TPS...

Ok thanks Robert,

I must have stated my set up wrong. I have a dynotune window switch that activates when at WOT....not a WOT switch. It runs off my tps. When it reaches a certain amperage it knows its at WOT and tells the WS its ok to activate my nos. I need to somehow bypass the WS so i can shoot the nos straight from the line. Sorry for the confusion.
