Anyone here running a GReddy Profec Spec2? I ordered one and I am going to install it, what did you guys tap into to reference everything? One of the connections says it needs a reference to fuel....Let me know how you guys hooked it up, thanks

In the instructions it has you tap into the fuel system for a reference. I wasn't sure why they would want you to do this. Let me know how you hooked yours up then.

Ive fitted a few of them.

I have never hooked them up to any of the cars functions.

Can you show me in the instructions where it says to connect into the fuel inj wiring ??

When I was skimming through the instruction manual I remember seeing something about needing to get a signal from the fuel pressure regulator. I am not proclaiming that this information is correct all I would like to know is what you tapped into to make this controller work, that's all.

Battery ground
ign +12v

and plumbing to wastegate.

It really is that simple.

So let me get this straight, the vaccum line from the brake booster that is supposed to go to the wastegate I run that line into the GReddy solenoid and from the solenoid into the wastegate, right? If it is something else let me know.

Boost control systems usually take their boost source from the compressor cover.

Not the intake manifold or brake booster line.

the only boost source that will go to the intake, is one for purposes of monitoring actual boost pressure within the unit, and for display on the built in gauge.
