Default Alkycontrol problem??? not pressurizing

I have had the kit on for over 2 years and it has worked flawlessly. I ran the car all day today tuning and it worked great until late in the day. I noticed my iats went way up. I watched for the red to green led to flip on in boost and it stayed red and never changed. I then let the car idle and pressed the test button and watched my afrs drop letting me know the system the nozzle isn't clogged and that it is functioning. Can anyone help me here or tell me what else to check as to why I am not getting pressure? I have a full tank, all the vacuum hoses are secure and have no holes and no leaks verified as well. Please help me????

Heres a log file showing it is working with the test button. You can clearly see I hit the button 3 seperate times and each time af when down.

The purple line near the bottom is the AF ratio.....goes from 14.7 idle down to the 11's

Best bet is to call Julio or ECS. Each time I've had an issue with the kit, its because I changed something on the car or the system(i.e. system settings, added new electrical device, changed wiring, etc.). Julio has always been able to walk me thru a few preliminary checks which has always ended up helping me resolve the issue.

I recently upgraded my system to 2007 specs and rewired the entire setup to clean everything up. The first time I installed it, it was my 1st real electrical install. It was pretty bad so I redid it. I am surprised that I didn't have more problems than i did. When I did the re-install/upgrade, Julio was there to help me thru every step of the way.

Please call Julio on this one. If the kit is two years old, the pump may have to be upgraded. I can let him fill you in on the details... but he can probably walk you though anything you might need.

Read the above thread. Doug has a good explanation on how the system works.
