THANKS for all the replys but I got it to work! Two cuts and it fits. Had my body guy come by and he said not a problem. The hood is CF but it it glued to a fiberglass skin on the under side. EASY fix! I will post some pics when the repair is done and the underside is painted
Here is a pic of the cuts. You have to cut the back as you see I angled the edges and I also cut everything from the bottom support down. The hood isnt done yet it will be smoothed and painted blue also. I used a dremel and cut off wheel as you see in the pic to do the cuts. The skin you are cutting is very thin and I didnt see where it was doing anything. It is being held in with dabs of glue. Just take your time score it and make a few passes it took about 30min to do it all.
Oh No that won't work becuse it to low in the front part of the Hood. If you remove the cross braces on the hood it still won't fit. But thats a great hood. Been there done that.
