Is there shrouding covering the top of your radiator/condensor?

Is it water temps and oil temps or just water. Blown head gasket? Sx cool running around town heat up quick with power vs cool at speed heats up quick around town. I have a 427ci with a procharger and water temps 180-200 even when its 90+ outside.
Evans wtr pumps are the way to go to get flow at speed. Right now i like the Elect wtr pump because i do a lot of stop and go driving. It gives full flow all the time, but may fall short at WOT 6000+rpm. Giva and take
