Cheapest is to find an AEROQUIP distributor...usually hydraulic supply houses yellow pages in your area)
Otherwise Russel and other brands are sold thru automotive distributors
Note : the sizes are in 16ths of an inch, so a dash 8 written -8 is 8/16" or 1/2"...a -12 is 3/4" and so on and refers to the actual ID of the hose.
Also, to cut it by hand, you need a very fine tooth hacksaw and 1" wide fiberglass re-enforced packaging tape works best. Otherwise you end up with a lot of loose stel braided ends and will have problems assembling the hose and fittings.
My local UPS store caries the tape...home depot only had it in 2" wide which is no good.
