402 ci, Procharger D1SC (don't know the boost yet...motor new), fuel line kit and meth kit from A&A.
FLP LVL V...I think it has a 2800 stall; 3.42 rear, ron davis radiator, tranny coolers........
What would you guess the RWHP would be?

Kind of hard to guess without know the head and cam specs. Those are you to be biggest factor. With half way decent heads and cam, you should hit at least 600 rwhp. With a good tune, heads, and cam I have seen some 402/D1 combos hit 750ish rwhp.

With max boost I would say somewhere in the 750 rwhp range. Bob
