Not that many of you care.. It was just a proud moment for me..

Of course we care, most of us thrive on attention, at least I do!!!
Congrats!!!

The pedal feel is stock, the pedal height is perfect, and it grabs great. Although i'm still breaking it in right now, so I cant REALLY give it a workout. I sent the ENTIRE assembly to the balancer before installing it, and it was LESS than 1 tenth of a gram off.
So far, I'm very happy.

I was very happy too,...until the pressure plate came flying thru my car.
My buddy, was happy as well with his stage 5 setup,..until the pressure plate came flying thru his car.
A local C6 Z06 owner was happy too, until the clutch assembly came out of his car.
All three ruined. Totaled. All three had no problems, until ultimate failure. No warnings.
Congrats on your car in the ad,..very cool. Just wish it was from a better company.

Ill stick to cartek clutch.
Jeff scan the the page
You can pull just as many complaints about the Cartek clutch coming apart. If you do a search, there more than a few threads talking about carteks going through the windshield.
I had a Cartek clutch (and LOVED it)
ALL clutches have their problems if you dig deep enough.

Cartek is not my concern, as I have no personal experience with products from them.
SPEC, however, I have experienced first hand, over, and over again.
Very sad to see three cars totaled from a poor quality product. If it wasn't for the framerails that run down the center of our Y-bodies, we'd have more then likely, lost or severed limbs.
Quite an experience when your doing about 100mph at WOT and you feel like you just ran over a land mine. Cause thats exactly what it's like. The explosion of your hood blowing open, your wiper arms flying 20 feet in the air, the immediate shattering of your windsheild,...followed by the errie quietness of the wind blowing thru the car,...and your lack of hydraulics, brakeing included. One time, was liveable. Hey, maybe I got a bad product,..whatever. Three times, ALL LOCAL, c'mon dude.
I now run a RAM VDS, which I gotta say, is holding up very nice to my 600 rear wheel,...and seemingly nice in my cousins 800+rwhp Z06...
I have also hear good things about textralia.
Yup.
I have always flatshifted/powershifted vehicles my whole life. I gotta tell you now, at the top of every gear, your mind wanders....
Sorry for the jack. Just people outta know. Especially people that we all know and care about.
These cars, at the time, where making between 420rwhp, and 500rwhp. Stage III, stage III+ and stage 5.
peace out.
so far i have not heard of any of this happening with my current choice of clutch.

Congrats Jeff and I would have to subscribe to the mag so have seen it and you got alot to be proud of having your Vette in adds
