Maggie non -intercooled VS. intercooled?
Just looking for street fun! non-intercooled can save me a grand$ so why not vs. intercooled. Not competition, just fun. could use the extra savings for intake or exhaust mods.

It's all in the tune, dude. Meth will help with that problem also.
To the original poster, I think it's your choice. Some say that the IC is not worth it as it is somewhat a restriction. If you get a good, sound tune and install a good meth/alky kit, you will have one of the more reliable setups to be had. I had fun with mine on the street and it will get you to the point where it is too much for the street. Check out the new larger MP122 and you have some room to grow down the road.
Remember, you'll need to get a new hood as well, unless you chop it like some have.
