Mark your calendars
This is just a quick post to give everybody a heads up of our upcoming event. Todd will post an official post with all of the details within the next few days. We have scheduled a track rental at a local 1/4 track (Muncie,IN.) on Friday Oct.5th. We will have the track open to unlimited runs from 10am to 3pm. There will be a regular friday night event scheduled at the track that will go well into the night (usually 1am) and that will also be free to attend(if you attend our rental and get a voucher). The night event is what they call domestic vs. import and there will be some fast imports there.
This event will be free to attend and we hope to have an unbelievible turnout. Then on Saturday the 6th we are having an open house and free lunch at our shop. I hope to see a lot of our customers there. Stay tuned.

There is a Budget Inn that is just down the road and is cheap. The number is 765-378-1215. There are nicer ones in Anderson, IN. We've had a few customers stay in the Budget Inn. I've asked them what they thought of it, and all they said was "it was clean". So, it doesn't sound too exciting, but all you really need is a place to lay your head.

We don't have much here more than the chains.
http://www.scottysbrewhouse.com/ is a good one. There is also a good restaurant/bar called Pete's Duck Inn that is just down the road from the track. There are a bunch of good places in Indy, but Muncie is limited a little.
