I have alwasy had the best luck with the billet flywheels. A well designed billet can be lighter than stock depending on whos it is...but much stronger. But since you are going with a dual stage based on RPM your tq peaks will be divided over the rpm range rather than one big hit...so that tends to be more forgiving on parts such as clutch parts. I dont know what your total shot size will be...but I think you could probably use any one of those flywheels and be ok provided the PP has sufficient clamp force. I wouldnt go out of your way to select one over the other.
Have any vettes at your shop that want a free NX kit and have an article done in vette magazine (RevX coverage)? I Prefer a nearly stock 6 speed. We need to test the new NX dry kit coming out. I am not sure if you are aware...but it was developed right in your shop. I will be getting my hands on the first prototype this week and need to test it. Let me know if you are interested.
