We are not upset at all that David put this information in the thread. This is the first that I have heard of this problem myself and just want to help the customer resolve the issue. We just like any company do make mistakes from time to time and we want to make sure we take care of them as timely and as professionally as possible. At the time I bought the parts, I kept reading (still true) about ECS great reputation, I just picked up the phone, called them and ordered; They gave me a quote and I said OK, as I considered that if this is the price they ask, it is because it is the right price.
But lately, many people kept telling me that it was too much. I am deleting all the posts!

No need to delete the posts David. No matter how long ago we sold you something if we made a mistake, we would always make it right. I will be happy to look into that transaction for you and see if there was a mistake. I just got your PM with the info I was looking for and I will check into it for you.
