Hey guys. I purchased a used a&a p1sc kit from forum member wicked c5 and transaction went off without a hitch. I have already removed radiator, rack, hood and trans cooler. Will be calling Andy soon to order some missing parts. I bought a KB BAP and some guages. Im not sure what other things im going to need. Should i do a 160 t-stat? Motor is all stock ls1 with headers, highflow cats, loudmouths. I would like to do a cam but i have to draw a line somewhere and im not to sure if i would be able to do it myself.

You can do it yourself and you're oh so close. LS1tech has a few great how tos. Do it! It will never be cheaper or easier than now. You will kick yourself later if you don't. Then it will be all the work of removing the blower and everything you already have apart PLUS another tune. Call one of our supporting tuners and buy yourself a Christmas present.

You should do the cam, you're right there! Plus you can change out your timing chain just for pice of mind! Do the 160 stat and when tuning have them turn down the temp your fans turn on at. Good Luck!

You can tune your fan settings. You want the coolant to be in the 180-190 degree range, what the engine is designed for.

You may have issues because of the intercooler blocking much of the radiator. I installed the halltech tunnel port and lowered my oil and coolant temps by ~12 dergrees.

Do a search for "blower cam". You'll get tons of info.
