As yours is also very close to my selected Comp Blower Cam, 224/230, xer lobes, 114+2, .581/.592

The smaller cam will probably make more torque down low, but the larger cam will not give up A LOT of low end torque and should outshine the smaller one on the top end!

I'm thinking the 226/232 581 581 114 +2

Because it will have enough duration for the blower the LSA is good and not to much and the lift will be adequet for the cubes you are running!

I have a 224/228 581 589 114 LSA and it is awesome in my 346 cid making 591 RWHP and 496 RWTQ! it breathes great and has a small lope almost not noticable!

Thanks,Matt

226/232 .581/.581 114+2 LSA...Thats what i would go with

I'm running the one below and it is extremely streetable. I could drive in 6th gear cruising at 1100 rpms with zero surge issues. And at WOT it is mean ! ! !
224/230 .581"/.592" 114 lsa

Out of those 2, the 2nd.

You have a blower to make your power. Why use a cam with lift over .600? Harsh on springs, possibly having to replace them a couple times over the life of the car, and past the sweet spot of the GM intake anyway.

But the second cam could use more exhaust bias.

Another vote with everyone for the smaller cam, now just get England Green to step in and the cam order will not be 100% any more

Actually I was going to buy the 226/232 from a buddy and he decided he didn't want to swap his now. So I'm stuck with the 215/230.

Would it be safer to do heads instead with a big cc to lower the compression and then turn up the boost?
