Default Nitrous itch please Help

Hello,

I was wondering if there is any way to trick my car into pulling some timeing so I can test my TNT F1 nitrous system out before I get it tuned ( only to check out my setup fully ) my timeing is currently set at 28* the shot I have hooked up is only a 75 hp shot with all the safey stuff FPSS, MSD window switch , wideopen throttle switch ,NGK TR6 plugs gapped at .35 , bottle pressure will be at 900 psi. window swicth is set to 3000 to 6000 RPM. I sprayed up to 100 shot using 28 degrees no issues, above 100 I needed to pull some timing. This was on a stock 99. Did you mean .035 on the plugs ?

Assuming your relatively Stock

Ensure you have no fuel leaks and everything is nice and snug fuel wise (and the schrader valve is out for the fuel rail).

Best to test on the dyno w/ AFR and logging if you can as you up the shot.

You can spray 100hp without pulling timing. Go for it and tell us how it works! Be sure and lift if anything sounds or feels unusual. Beware it may take a few hours for the grin to come off your face!

yes the fuel shrader valve is out. its only an exhaust ie: headers x-pipe , and gears 3.42 and a little tune. see my sig. oh it will be setup on the dyno A/F etc... just want to test it now to be sure its working right before the tuning. Thanks for your time

a 75 shot should not be an issue with 28 degrees.... if you are a little leary.. then add some racefuel to make up for the timing advance.

Just got back its only a 75 shot but damn it felt good ... I first did a pull with the system off to have a fresh base line .. than with the system off I fliped on the switch on in second gear at 3400 rpm till 6000 rpm than switched it off again. tire broke free when I flipped it on than for the last test I ran it up thru the gears. very nice All worked good... Thanks for the help now I feel better the anticapation is over now it wont be turned on again till the tuneing .... I cant wait to get a full run in at the track. Thanks again for all the input..

Yes traction is my new problem. but with drag radials it should work good on the track. after I get it fully tuned Ill most likley move up to a 100 or a 150 shot but time will tell. Thanks again Guys for all the input...
