I have an 02 6spd coupe with heads/cam and exhaust with headers. I have upgraded injectors (Not sure about the #) and oil pump. The car has been tuned with LS1 edit on a dyno. It makes 418RWhp with cats and 427 without. If I purchase an STS turbo, what other hardeware I'm I going to need?

You'll need your stock exhaust manifolds and pipes back. There are a few guys who have done STS's with headers but I think they were 402's.
Not to be a jerk, but there are a lot of myths that float around as fact.
Not really a myth, The bigger cubic displacement motors make up for their loss of heat in volume and velocity.
The stock cubes don't. A lot of guys wrap or coat their pipes to keep the heat in and remove the cats to protect the turbo's and help with velocity.
Personally, I would go with a front mount system due to all of the worries about oil pump failures and or potential oil return problems that blow out the seals in the turbos.
I think the most proven system still being produced is the TTi X. The APS is waiting on larger piping that is not yet available.
I have TPIS Headers, Random High Flow Cats, Bassani X pipe + STS. Seems pretty good to me! I don't have any technical data to compare it with except that after 3,500 miles it still scares the crap out of me at WOT!
