Anyone had problems with MSD Wires

None!..... just put them on mine. Relocated the coils and I had to buy the universal LS1 fit ones. Made them, connected them, and love them.

Mine were about 6 years old, had to recently replace them, they had just about completely broke down

Yeah. The boots are crappy on the plug side. I've had issues with MSD in the past too. Running Taylor Spiro-Pro 10.4's.. No problems, thick jacket and the boots are pimp.

Hate em'. They go high resistance for no apparent reason. Replacements will be Taylors or GM performance wires. Best bang for the buck other than my neighbors wife!

That was my problem and solution as well. They were on the car for about 6k miles in that period of time.

When I bought my car they came with them and I had no problems. I re did my car last year and figured I would replace the wires as I had replaced everything else, nothing but problems with that set of MSD's. Replaced with stock and no isses.

I forgot to add... I use Cool Socks with my wires and maybe thats why they didnt "get old and fall apart" yet
