I'm gonna add a 100hp dry shot, spraying directly on the MAF.
Can is all stock except CAI, and Ti Catback and 12" Ceterforce Clutch and light weight billet flywheel.
What kind of results are you guys getting with similar set-ups?
Anything kind of surprises to look out for?
What about spark plug recomendations?
Use NGK TR6 plugs gapped around .035.
I have heard that you don't want to spray directly on the MAF, but at an angle to keep from freezing it. Don't know for sure, but I expect you'll pick up 100 at the wheels.
If you're in a C5 non Z06, I doubt it. If you launch that car too hard with good traction, you're going to have breakage. For comparison, my high torque (under the curve), Magnuson charged car, rolling off the line real easy ran a 7.74 @ 98mph in the 1/8th with a 2.0 60ft. The 60ft is not from spinning, it's from coming out real easy, because I know what happens when you're not playing nice on the launch! The car made 450rwtq @ 2500rpm with a max tq of 510 and rwhp of 511. If you have a limitless bank account and good slicks and launch really hard, spraying it out of the hole on good slicks and your clutch holds, you might break 11.999.
