Yup,

Pro's , more power

cons, special solenoids needed to handle meth, cant leave stand alone meth fuel system full for lengths of time. Should be drained out after each use. I would recommend this more for a car that only uses it at the track IMO, but then again since I want my HP ready at all times, I only recomend NOS for a track car anyway sooo...

I have friends running on boosted cars so they dont have to run race fuel on the street and that would be the application I would aim at. I know they dont clean out the tank everytime they get into high boost.

I understand the setup but I have not seen anyone run it on a street application.

I am currently running 100 wet and dont take the car to the track. I only spray out of 2nd and was thinking of running a 150 but I want to stay safe without killing my N/A power. I rarly run the nitrous and dont know when I will. It's used on an as needed basis for fun runs and rolls.

I have been researching this for a few weeks now. I would like to replace the fuel with Meth. injection on my STREET car. There are plenty of guys running it on the strip, but we would need a little different setup. From what I have gathered so far, it should make a little more power, AND be safer. There is a vendor on LS1 tech that hopes to release somthing in early summer if possible, but won't discuss details. I have PMd some vendors here but ahvn't received much back form them. It's pretty easy to buy the pump, solenoid rebuild kit, and jets, but I would like to see a "conversion kit" if possible

Send me a PM when you find out. This sound like the application I'm looking for. I want to run a 150 safly without killing my N/A power on the street. My car never goes to the track so it would be a full street setup.

Thanks

Aaron

Yes; I run the timing tuner and a lean cutoff switch. The TT will allow you to run optimum timing and then retard it only when you spray. I use it for that, along with setting the min. and max. spray rpm so I don't spray too early, and don't bump my rev limiter while on "the juice"
The Meth., if feasible, will allow you to make a litle more hp, but the burn is a lot more controlled (according to the feedback I've received)

Sent, PM on running current window switch and the timing tuner window switch at the same time.

Or would I remove the old window switch and just run the tuner switch?

S/C, N2O, & ALKY here... Cooler IAT's, & higher octane help period...
only 10psi & 100hp shot for now, but when I find a F1C for a decent price, we'll see what some real boost numbers can do with this combo...

There are some that say that there is even a little benefit to "misting" a modded car with a little Meth/water to cool the charge. I've heard 5% increase can be had. That may not be a lot, but 20+ hp along with some "clean" pistons wouldn't be bad
