Check engine light flashing !!
When i get on my car hard for like 3 gears, The check engine light will flash. The code that comes up is ( loss of communication with ecm) The car will run and drive fine the whole time. And the light will go out after a min or so. I'm running a P1sc with 10# of boost. any ideas?

Been there, done that. Misfire. Its not bad enough to set it solid. Could be plugs, wires, coils, or you could have a misfire due to injector.
First things first, check all connections, wiring, etc.
If thats fine, was the misfire due to extremely rich AF ratio? Like under 10:1. Some dynos wont read out under 10.

Have someone scan it and see what cylinder it is, if it's one it's most likely a wire or plug. It if is in inconsistant cylinders and random, it is most likely in the tune.
