Default Help with codes after mods

Hi All,
I changed the IAT location from the air bridge to the intake manifold throat, put on a smaller pulley, increased the liquid intercooler efficiency, swapped over to long tubes, and installed a meth injection kit.
I am getting P1111 & P0113 intermittent high voltage on the IAT, and active handling warm up messages. Does the entire IAT table have to be recalibrated? Is this whats also affecting the active handling due to the colder IAT readings?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

There is a reason GM put the MAF sensor and IAT sensor away from the throttle body. When the throttle body is closed, air is directed to the top and bottom of the throttle blade. Air follows a curved path to the top and bottom and a vacuum exists in between. If you put the maf or iat within a distance of the throttle body that is less than twice the diameter of the inlet tube, you may get less than reliable info from the maf or iat due to inconsistensies in air density in teh inlet track.

I posted about 4 months ago about IAT placement, and a bunch of the forced induction guys said to place the IAT after the throttlebody and into the inlet of the intake manifold.
I was told that it would provide a more accurate reading, and would also provide a way to back off timing if the alky injection quit.
Is there suddenly a change in thinking with the FI guys?

Probably not. Your reasons for placing the iat on the other side of the throttle body are valid.

I have mine there with no issues at all. It works great for ready the meth effectively. Are your wires secure? Did you use the proper 2 wires? When the IAT is not plugged in you will get the same errors and messages about active handling. I say check your wires and connections first.

good luck !

If others are running the IAT on the intake manifold, does anyone know what the fix is for the codes?

I did check the wires and connections. If I plug back into the original IAT location, I don't get any codes, as soon as I change back to the intake manifold location, the codes come back.
Thanks.
