What's the pitch? Also what are you trying to figure out? Judging by the tooth count this is 8mm pitch.

If so this is how you do it for a rough sizing:

[(tooth count) X (pitch)] / (pi) = diameter in mm

Then to convert to inches divide that number by 25.4

If you are trying to figure out drive ratios then it's just the crank pulley tooth count divided by the blower pulley tooth count.

I hope this helps.

Thanks Max.

The pitch is 8 mm as per your guess.
I am trying to figure out the diameter of these cog pulleys.

Sorry, but what does (pi) stand for on your formula?

[( 27 ) X ( 8 )] / (pi ???) = diameter in mm

I have a 8 Rib set up at present and want to change to a cog set up using the same existing ratios.
