Hey guys I got all the electronics transfered over and the panel looks incredible.

How did you mount the board to the center console? It looks like I will need to cut out the back of the ashtray portion, and drill two holes in the plate and then add srews.

Is this what you guys did?

Thanks

PM Sent.

First one I did I used an air cutter to remove the interference with the panel and the console, second one I did I used a dremel.

I attach mine with one recessed trim screw on each side. the panel is thick enough to use a drill bit and countersink the trim screw.

Looking fwd to this style, it adds AIS and CoolMist style Alky controllers, and as most know we have been doing the ECS style contollers for a while now

I used double sided 3M molding tape to hold mine down. Takes some experimenting to find the right spot, but I've had no issues.

I cut out the entire rear portion of the console and then plastic welded/expoxied the plate in place. I have a cooling mist controller and I had to shave down the ***** so they would fit behing the door. It is the arm rest centerconsole plate that he made me that I cannot figure out how to mount in.

The first "Beer" panel I had, I used 0-80 screws in the bottom corners.
My current one, I just put a dab of silicone behind it. I didn't want any screws showing. It comes off easily enough, and just put another dab on it to put it back.

Thanks Guys!

It's all done!

It looks incredible!

I decided to mount it using screws. I figured this way if I needed to remove the panel I could without having to remove the center console. I used silver screws but I will go back and use black ones at some point.

I will post pic's in a second they are uploading now
