TTi X Kit Exaust
Guys I know this has been beat to death. What is the best sytem to include high flow cats? I want a system that is a bolt on and does not require welding. Also are the systems avalable in a 2.5" and 3"? Does the system drone at cruise speed?

I can't say what's best, but can give good reports for Borla Stingers. I chose them after hearing good results from other TTi setups. The straight thru design is free flowing, and made a huge difference over stock Ti mufflers. Yes the noise is increased, but nothing like the drone from a 5.0 with flowmasters. 
Some people think it's loud and others think it's too quiet...
Once that bottleneck opened, we pulled the cats and noticed very little power change. Therefore I believe the stock cats, at least for Z06, flow very well. I like cats for street use, and lose the cats for track days. We did some v-band flanges to make them swap easy.
